    Return and Refund Policy

    You can return your online order within 14 days of receiving your order. Please kindly follow the following steps:

    1. Use the Return form sent along with the parcel or the print out of the Invoice/Return Form, and fill in the products being returned
    2. Take the product being returned along with the Return Form to the nearest LAGUN MOBİLYA point and return the product or
    3. LAGUN MOBİLYA  Customer Services Monday – Friday between 08:30 – 17:30 on  to speak to the LAGUN MOBİLYA Customer Representative or
    4. Go to https://www.door-fabric.com/index.php?route=account/return/add  and fill in the form for pick-up
      1. In the first section, enter the details of the person making the request
      2. In the second section, fill in the options as shown belowz
      3. Enter code captcha in the company code section
      4. Make sure you choose the next working day for your reservation (Monday-Friday)
      5. After filling in the security code, click on save
